- Nopuko originally operated as Cobra at the now defunct Ratanga Junction in South Africa.
- Nopuko takes its name from a Udaran inventor that has been using a recently discovered metal dubbed "Udarinium" to develop new flying technology.
- Humorously pronounced as "No Puke Oh" by Internet fans.
